About Bangkok Life Lab
Bangkok Life Lab is an independent, curated atlas of Bangkok's longevity and wellness ecosystem — red light therapy, saunas, ice baths and cold plunge, float tanks, and the other recovery and wellness services the city is increasingly known for. We map what's actually here, verify what we can, and say plainly what we can't.
We don't run these venues, we don't take money to feature them, and a business can't pay to appear in our atlas or to change what we write. That independence is the whole point — and the rest of this page explains who we are and why you can take us at our word.
Who's behind this
[YOUR NAME] — founder, research & engineering. I'm a [software engineer / your real profession] who moved to [Bangkok / your area] and went looking for clear, honest information about the city's wellness and recovery scene — and found it scattered, in mixed English, and mostly written by the venues selling to me. So I started building a better map. I research the entries in our atlas, document how we work, and handle the technical side. I'm not a doctor, and I won't pretend to be — what I bring is rigour, transparency, and a willingness to write down what I actually found, gaps included.
[CO-FOUNDER NAME] — co-founder, local operations & partnerships. [Co-founder] is [your real description] with deep roots in Bangkok's wellness and health community. [He/She] leads our on-the-ground work — knowing which venues are legitimate and current, making local contact, and keeping our information grounded in reality.
Together we're a small, named, accountable team — not an anonymous content farm. To reach a real person, contact us.
Why we're independent (and how we make money)
The most useful thing we can offer is a guide that isn't trying to sell you a session. So, openly:
- The atlas is free and editorial. Venues are listed because they're real and worth knowing about, never because anyone paid. No paid placement, no per-customer referral fees.
- We may run a separate business. Bangkok Life Lab is published by [entity] , which may also offer services to wellness businesses. Any such work is walled off from the atlas: being a client buys nothing in our editorial coverage, and we disclose it plainly.
- We may earn from ads or non-treatment affiliate links (e.g. wellness gear or travel tools), always clearly distinguishable from editorial content.
If we can't verify something — a venue's hours, what it offers, a claim — we tell you so directly. You can read exactly how we research on our methodology page.
What we cover
Our atlas maps Bangkok's wellness and recovery services by category, and our guides explain the modalities themselves — what they are, what the evidence actually supports, and the sensible cautions — in plain, honest language.
We focus on the broader wellness ecosystem. (We don't cover peptide clinics here.)
What we are not
We're not a clinic, not a medical provider, and not a substitute for medical advice. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. We help you understand the landscape and ask better questions — health decisions belong between you and a qualified professional.
Bangkok Life Lab has been mapping the city's wellness scene since [START DATE]. Found something we got wrong? Tell us — we correct errors, and we don't take payment to alter or remove factual information.
